Three generations, one family

The history of Mònica Group Hotels dates back 50 years, when the Massagué family from Cambrils decided to focus on the town as a tourist destination. Thus, in 1971, the Massagués built the Mònica Hotel with hard work, dedication, trust and a forward-thinking approach that continues to this day.

With our Mediterranean essence and our vocation for service, we offer a concept of hospitality that is personal yet exclusive, which has been rewarded by our guests for years. Thanks to them, we have grown from a small family hotel with 56 rooms to the hotel we are today.

More than 50 years travelling the path together

From 2016 onwards, we decided to go one step further and expand our business. In doing so, we incorporated two different concepts into our family. On the one hand, seafront apartments, and on the other, in 2021, the Instants Boutique Hotel, the first Adults Only hotel in Cambrils.

Just 50 metres apart, we offer our guests the choice of how they prefer to spend their holidays with us: a family stay amidst the comfort of the garden and the Mediterranean cuisine of the Mònica Hotel, a holiday at the Mònica Mar Apartments where you will wake up every day facing the sea, or a getaway as a couple or with friends in the relaxed Mediterranean atmosphere of the Instants Boutique Hotel.
