General
What time is check-in available from?
Guaranteed check-in is from 3:00 pm.
Check-in can be carried out until 11:00 pm.
If arriving at the hotel after this time, the guest must inform the reservations department or reception beforehand to make arrangements.
The necessary details will be requested to register all persons staying, and advance payment (online) of the total booking amount will be required.
Likewise, the guest will need to have the mobile application on their device to obtain the digital room key.
In case of failing to notify us and/or refusing to provide the information or make the payment, the booking will be cancelled with no option to reinstate it upon arrival.
What time is check-in available from?
By default, half board includes breakfast and dinner. Drinks are not included.
What information do I need to provide to check in?
According to Real Decreto 933/2021 it is mandatory to provide:
Full name, sex, identity document number, document type (DNI, passport, TIE), nationality, date of birth, place of habitual residence (full address, town and country), landline and mobile phone, email address, number of travellers and relationship between travellers (in case any are minors), among others.
In case of refusal to provide all the information requested at reception for registration, the authorities requiring said information will be informed, and the booking will be cancelled with the cost corresponding to a late cancellation (according to the cancellation policy).
What time do I need to vacate the room on the day of departure?
The check-out must be carried out between 8:00 am and 12:00 pm (midday).
If you intend to check out before 8:00 am, you must inform reception in advance.
Until what date can I cancel my booking free of charge?
It depends on the dates of the stay. You will find this information regarding your booking at the bottom of your booking confirmation. HHowever, if you haven’t booked yet, you will find this information highlighted in green when you search on our booking engine.
Until what date can I modify my booking?
Booking modifications can be made up to 48 hours before the day of arrival; otherwise, modifications cannot be applied. Subject to availability.
Is it possible to pay nothing until arrival at the hotel?
Yes, but only for those flexible cancellation policies that explicitly indicate it.
Are there any smoking areas?
Smoking is only permitted in clearly signposted open areas. Smoking is not permitted in the rooms or elsewhere inside the hotel.
Are pets allowed in the hotel?
Pets are not allowed in our establishment.
What is your lost property policy?
The hotel is not responsible for any items left behind in our establishment.
However, if an item left behind by one of our guests in our establishment is found by our staff, it will be sent to reception and kept for 30 days for collection.
There are 3 of us, can we book a double room?
No, the double room is for two people. For 3 people, you would need to book a triple room or a double room plus a single room.
What happens if there are more or fewer people at the time of check-in than we booked for?
In the event of there being fewer people, the price for all booked persons must still be paid.
If there are more people, you will need to wait for the reservations department to review the situation to verify if it is possible to accommodate the extra person(s); assign a new room and advise of any extra cost.
Check-in will be paused until the matter is resolved.
Services
Does the hotel have parking?
Yes, we have parking available at our hotel. If you wish to reserve a space, please contact us and we will check availability and price.
Can dinner be swapped for lunch?
It is possible to make the swap if we offer a lunch option on those dates. The change is free of charge.
What happens if I miss a restaurant service during my stay?
In case of non-attendance to any breakfast, lunch or dinner service included in the booking, the hotel will not refund the cost of that service.
Are there specific pool hours?
Yes, the pool is open whenever the hotel is open. The opening hours are from 10:00 am to 8:00 pm.
Is there a pool/beach towel service?
Yes, towels are provided against a deposit (cash only) at reception.
Is there a SPA in the hotel?
Yes, the hotel has a small spa for guests only, with no additional cost.
I am coming with a bicycle. Where can I store it?
You can leave your bicycle in a dedicated bike space on floor -1.
Although it is monitored, we recommend bringing a padlock for added security.
Rooms
Do children pay for their stay?
Yes, children pay for their stay. Babies (0-2 years) pay for a cot and purée (on request).
Do you have cots? Are they free of charge?
Yes, there are cots for hire at the hotel.
The service is subject to a fee. Check availability and prices in the following form.
Are there any rooms adapted for disabled guests?
Yes, we have an adapted room with an adapted bathroom.
Is there a kettle in the rooms?
No, however, you can check at reception if any are available for hire.
Clarification for bookings with children under 3 years old:
Babies are free of charge if they share a bed with the adults.
If they require a cot, the linen service has an extra cost of €8.50/night.
If, instead, they require a bed, they will be considered a “child” and the rate will be the “child” rate, not the “baby” rate.
Not all hotel room types can accommodate an extra bed; therefore, we advise checking with the hotel in such cases.

Can I book a room for 1/2/3/4 people and stay with more people?
A room for 1 person es para 1.
A room for 2 people is for 2 people.
A room for 3 people is for 3 people.
A room for 4 people is for 4 people.
Apartments
Can the apartment be booked for more than 6 people?
No, the maximum number of people for whom the apartment can be booked is 6.
What time is check-in available from?
Guaranteed check-in is from 4:00 pm.
Check-in can be carried out until 10:00 pm.
If arriving at the apartment after this time, the guest must inform the reservations department or reception beforehand to make arrangements.
The necessary details will be requested to register all persons staying, and advance payment (online) of the total booking amount will be required.
In case of failing to notify us and/or refusing to provide the information or make the payment, the booking will be cancelled with no option to reinstate it upon arrival.
What time must the apartment be vacated on the day of departure?
The check-out must be carried out between 8:00 am and 12:00 pm (midday).
If you intend to check out before 8:00 am, you must inform reception in advance.
Is a deposit required?
Yes, the apartment requires a €300 security deposit, which will be requested via a payment link sent by the hotel to the booking email address.
If not paid before arrival in Cambrils, the guest may pay by card at the hotel desk before receiving the apartment keys. Cash is not accepted under any circumstances.
This deposit will be returned to the guest once the apartment has been inspected, within a maximum of 48 hours. Any damages, if applicable, will be deducted.

No, all rooms are doubles with a maximum capacity of 2 people.
What does “Adults Only” hotel mean?
It is a hotel for people travelling without minors. In this establishment, the minimum age to stay is 18 years old.
What does “boutique” hotel mean?
No, it is not a clothing shop. It is a small-sized hotel.

Does the hotel have parking?
Yes, we have parking at our hotel. If you wish to reserve a space, contact us and we will check availability and price.
Are there charging points for cars? Can they be reserved?
Yes, but only for staying guests. For more information on availability and price, send us an email.
Is it possible to have dinner at the hotel?
Our hotel only offers a breakfast service. However, you can check the snacks we offer during the day at the bar.
Are there specific pool hours?
Yes, the pool is open whenever the hotel is open. The opening hours are from 8:00 am to 11:00 pm.
Is there a pool/beach towel service?
Yes, towels are provided against a deposit (cash only) at reception.

Are there any rooms adapted for disabled guests?
Yes, we have an adapted room with an adapted bathroom.
Is there a kettle and coffee maker in the rooms?
Yes, there is a kettle along with a coffee maker in the room. The service is included in the room rate.
Can I book a room for 1/2 people and stay with more people?
A room for 1 person is for 1 person.
A room for 2 people is for 2 people.
If more people arrive than were indicated at the time of booking, the booking will be cancelled by the accommodation in accordance with its cancellation policy, due to breach of the booking.
